We dye all kinds of yarns.
can ensure top flexibility thanks to the 40 variable-load dyeing autoclaves Noseda [33 used for production and 7 for laboratory uses] concentrated at the Luisago production site. We guarantee perfect colour reproducibility, regardless of quantity, from few hundred grams to 1,000 kg production batches. Our production capacity is 15,000 Kg / day over three shifts.
Our production management system SedoMaster and the production control system SedoMonitor, developed and supplied by SedoTreepoint, ensure the constant monitoring of all production and process parameters, with regular controls of work planning and progress.
The details supplied for each dyeing process are important for the evaluation of dyed batch conformity to the specifications and for the spotting of process difficulties, if any. All dyeing machines are equipped with advanced Sedomat control units developed by SedoTreepoint that offer high-efficiency performances for the automation of complex dyeing equipments.
